How can I tell how much time I have left to transfer?

Upon boarding the bus, you will either scan your WisGo card or QR code from the app and your fare will be deducted. When you board your next bus, you will scan again, and you will see a message on the screen indicating how much transfer time is remaining. Once you’ve hit the daily, weekly, or monthly max with WisGo, all your rides and transfers are free for that time. Transfers are not available for cash fare. You can also call Customer Service at 414-937-3219 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., or, if your WisGo card is registered, you can check it at UmoPass.com.
